The Lane, Christchurch

Worked with Sudima Hotels to relaunch an existing hospitality space with new F&B offering, branding, naming, interior design and marketing. Collaborated with two of Christchurch’s best chefs - Samson Steward and Maxiumus Perry - to act as culinary advisors to create a delicous and approachable all-day bistro style menu.
